Properties

RemovedItems	Gets or sets the items removed by the collection change, if any.
ShiftDelta	Gets or sets a value indicating how the indexes after ShiftIndex were shifted.
ShiftIndex	Gets or sets the first index that was shifted as a result of the collection changing.
